The structure was originally built in 1949 as a manufacturing facility for electrical equipment, then converted to a storage building for a clothing wholesaler. The Substantial Alteration included seismic upgrades, energy code upgrades, and all new MEP infrastructure.
The tenant improvement showcases the heavy timber barrel vaulted roof, CMU construction, and original windows.
